2. What Data We Collect

When you apply for .LMNClub membership, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date and time of application
• Your consent record (date, time, and checkbox confirmation)

We do not collect any special categories of personal data (such as health data, ethnic origin, or political opinions).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, as provided for under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the membership application form, you freely and unambiguously agree to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at membership@limon.club. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is collected and used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Processing your membership application
• Confirming your email address and identity
• Assigning and managing your membership number
• Communicating event information, invitations, and membership-related updates
• Sending your founding member welcome communication

Your data will not be used for any purpose other than those listed above without your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your membership is active, or until you request deletion. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

To request deletion of your data, email us at membership@limon.club from the address associated with your application.

6. Third Parties and Data Processors

We share your data only with the following third-party service provider, strictly for the purpose of delivering emails on our behalf:

• Messengeros — email delivery platform. Your name and email address are transmitted to Messengeros solely for the purpose of sending transactional and membership emails. Messengeros acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement with us.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third parties, except where required by law.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data is stored on servers located in Romania. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction, including encrypted database connections and access controls.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
