1. Operator

.LMNClub is operated by Limon Records SRL, registered in Romania at Strada Malu Roșu, Nr. 6, CAM.1, Municipiul Ploiești, Județul Prahova, fiscal code (CUI) 54672531. Contact: membership@limon.club.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a membership application on limon.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application.

These Terms govern your relationship with .LMNClub and apply to all aspects of membership, event attendance, and use of the limon.club platform.

3. Membership Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. .LMNClub reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your membership or any associated benefits to another person.

By applying, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email address, phone number) is accurate and belongs to you.

4. Founding Member Status

Founding Member status is granted to the first 200 applicants who confirm their email address before all spots are claimed. Confirmation is time-stamped and processed in order of receipt.

Founding Member status is permanent and non-transferable. It entitles the holder to priority access to future .LMNClub events and experiences reserved exclusively for Founding Members.

The physical Founding Member card remains the property of .LMNClub and may be revoked in cases of conduct that violates these Terms.

5. Events

Event attendance is subject to capacity and may require advance confirmation. .LMNClub reserves the right to modify event details — including date, location, lineup, and format — at any time and without prior notice.

Entry to events requires your membership confirmation and, where applicable, a valid identity document. .LMNClub is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by members in connection with events.

.LMNClub reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the experience of other attendees.

6. Member Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully toward other members, guests, and staff at all times — both at events and in any online or offline context connected to .LMNClub.

.LMNClub reserves the right to revoke membership, without notice or compensation, for any conduct deemed inappropriate, harmful, or contrary to the values of the club, at its sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The .LMNClub name, logo, visual identity, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Limon Records SRL. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

.LMNClub and Limon Records SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with membership or attendance at events, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or loss of income.

Attendance at .LMNClub events is at your own risk. Limon Records SRL accepts no responsibility for the actions of third parties at events.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform or membership benefits following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
